PHM at 'Health R&D as a Global Public Good'

On April 24th PHM some PHM people attended an event on "Health R&D as a Global Public Good" co-organized by the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies and the Harvard Global Health Institute. The purpose of the event was to examine how to secure collective action to provide global public goods through research and development (R&D) and innovation for the specific health needs of low‐ and middle‐income countries.

PHM India: Over 2000 participate in mass protest at Mumbai on Food security and Health rights issues

Anna Adhikar Abhiyan (Right to Food campaign, Maharashtra) and Jan Arogya Abhiyan (People’s Health Movement – Maharashtra) jointly organized a state level Dharana Andolan on 22nd March, 2013 at Azad Maidan, Mumbai, to press for urgent action on important policy demands regarding Health services and Food security in Maharashtra.
