Take part in the London IPHU, People, Politics and Global Health; Actions to change the Approach

Applications are now being received for the London IPHU taking place between 30th March and 4th April 2009.

THis course will take an interactive, participatory approach to issues of globalisation, social determinants, health systems and the political economy of health. Its purpose is to emable participants to become informed and effective activists for change in global health, prepared to take forward action!

Applications will be considered from post-graduate public health students and academics, and those studying for intercalated degrees in global health. Applications will also be welcomed from those working in the health sector or NGO sector on issues related to health and development.

The course is six days long, and non-residential. Unfortunately, there is no funding available to assist participants with travel and accommodation expenses.
