International Women's Day: Tribute to women in their struggle against violence

Soy una mujer normal,
no me mires mal que yo soy libre
De andar de aquí pa´ allá
Y de hacer todo lo que me pique.
Si vos te me arrimás,
Somos la grande mayoría.
Sólo quiero igualdad.
Todas juntas, todas libres
I’m a regular woman,
Don’t look askance at me because I’m free,
To come and go as I please,
And do whatever catches my fancy.
If you come close to me,
We are the vast majority.
I only want equality.
Women united, every one free.
Ya no más explotación,
Ya no quiero más de tu violencia, ni tu insistencia.
Cuando se ponga el sol,
Vamos a romper las diferencias, sin consecuencia.
Porque no hay nadie como yo,
Pero soy más junto a vos
Desenchufá la violencia y conectáte al amor.
