Draft PHA3 Call to Action

A draft Cape Town Call to Action is available for discussion and adoption at PHA3. The draft will be discussed, debated and enriched in 4 consecutive workshops, between 7-10 July (see schedule and venue of these workshops i the detailed PHA3 programme). The Call to Action will be adopted by the Assembly on 11th July.
