Universal Health Coverage is likely to become the backbone on which the health development agenda beyond 2015 will be constructed. To avoid unintended effects, Universal Health Coverage should keep away from committing seven sins and should try to practice seven virtues.

PHM at 'Health R&D as a Global Public Good'

On April 24th PHM some PHM people attended an event on "Health R&D as a Global Public Good" co-organized by the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies and the Harvard Global Health Institute. The purpose of the event was to examine how to secure collective action to provide global public goods through research and development (R&D) and innovation for the specific health needs of low‐ and middle‐income countries.
